Software and app development for Texas companies, priced plainly and built to last.
We build mobile apps, AI automation, custom software and online stores for Texas companies in energy, logistics, healthcare and real estate, for startups in Austin and beyond, and for the agencies that serve them. You get a fixed price in US dollars, weekly demos in Central Time, and the code is yours once it is paid for.
You came here because the business outgrew the tools.
Texas companies that look for us tend to be in one of these four spots. If one of them is yours, read on.
Your crews work far from the office.
Teams on job sites, well sites, properties or delivery routes need an app that works when the signal drops. We build mobile apps with offline mode that sync once the connection is back.
The business grew and the tools didn't.
Quoting, dispatch or scheduling still runs on spreadsheets and a system that stopped fitting a while ago. We build software around how you work now, and connect it to what you keep.
Your startup needs a product before the next raise.
Investors want something working, and the hires you need take months to land. We build your MVP on a fixed price, with billing, user roles and security ready for due diligence questions.
Your agency sold an app it has no one to build.
A client in Dallas or Houston wants an app or an AI tool, and your team builds websites and brands. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your name.
What Texas companies ask us to build.
One team builds and supports all seven. Tell us the problem and we will tell you which fits, even if it is not the one you came for.
Build for your business, or build behind your agency.
Most companies hire us for one project and keep us on for support. Agencies hire us as the engineering team they never had to recruit.
Get it built and keep it running.
You bring the goal. We scope it, price it and build it, then support it for as long as you want us to.
Put us behind your brand.
Marketing agencies, design studios and consultancies use us to deliver the apps and platforms their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Founding a product through a company registered in Texas or another US state? We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: time zones, dollars, contracts and data.
Central Time, and Mountain for El Paso.
Weekly demos and calls are booked in your hours: Central Time for most of the state, Mountain Time if you are in El Paso. Progress sits on a shared board you can check any time, with written answers within one business day.
A fixed price in US dollars.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working, with the last at launch or handover. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
You own what you paid for.
A statement of work sets scope, price and schedule in plain terms. Once you have paid in full, the code, designs and content we made for you are yours. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Built for the Texas privacy law.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act has applied since July 1, 2024. It sets rules for how businesses collect, use and sell Texans' personal data, with consent required for sensitive data. We build consent, access and deletion requests in, plus access controls, encryption and audit logs.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Plain dealing and software that works.
Tell us what you need built.
Tell us the goal, the deadline and the tools you run on now. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in US dollars.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses in Texas?
Yes. We work with clients on six continents. Our US clients include a fine jewelry brand in Florida and a remodeling company in Arizona, with reviews on our testimonials page. Texas teams get calls in Central Time, or Mountain Time in El Paso, with contracts and invoices in US dollars.
Can you build an app that works without a signal?
Yes. We build iOS and Android apps with offline mode, so crews can log work, photos and signatures on a job site or a rural route. Data syncs once the connection returns, and conflicts follow rules you approve during design. You see it work offline in a demo before launch.
How much does an app or software project cost, and how long does it take?
You get a fixed quote in US dollars after a short discovery, before you commit to anything. Any later change comes with its cost in writing. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid in full. You own the source code, designs and content we made for you, and we keep only the general tools and libraries we had before. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and a clean handover is always an option.
How do you handle the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act?
We design for it from the first week. The law has applied since July 1, 2024, and for the businesses it covers, it requires consent before processing sensitive data such as precise location or health details. We build consent, access and deletion requests in, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before we start.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes, and you can start with one project. We work under your brand as your engineering team for apps, platforms and AI tools. NDA and non-solicitation agreements are signed first, and we never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Ongoing work runs on a monthly partner rate.
Can a Texas startup join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Texas or another US state and you have a real market to sell into. Each year we co-found three products, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. The terms are in a published term sheet.
