What is Digitechnique?
Digitechnique is a global IT services company founded in 2010. We build websites, mobile apps, online stores, SaaS products and custom software, and automate business work with AI.
How long have you been operating?
Sixteen years, since 2010. We work with clients around the world, and some of those relationships are now more than ten years old.
Where are you based?
The team works remotely with clients worldwide. Every project runs in the client's working hours, contracts and invoices are issued in your currency, and your data is handled under the privacy rules that apply to you.
Services and delivery
Which service should I start with?
If your team is buried in manual work, start with AI Automation. If you have a product idea, start with SaaS Development or the Co-Founder Program. If your website is not bringing in enquiries, start with Web Design. Not sure? A free call sorts it out in thirty minutes.
Do you take over projects from other agencies?
Yes, regularly. We review the code first, tell you honestly what we found, and then quote the fix. If the previous work is sound, we say so and build on it.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. Every launch includes a support period, and most clients continue on a monthly retainer that covers maintenance, support and new features.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, once the project is paid for. Source code, designs, content and accounts are all yours, handed over with documentation your next developer can follow.
Pricing
How much does a project cost?
Websites usually start in the low four figures. Online stores and apps start in the five figures. SaaS platforms scale with scope. AI automation pilots are priced to prove their value within weeks. Every quote is fixed, written and itemised before work starts.
Do you ask for full payment up front?
No. Projects are paid in milestones as work is delivered. Your statement of work sets out the payment schedule.
Do prices change halfway through?
Not without your agreement. If the scope changes, you get a short written change note with its cost and effect on the timeline before we build it.
Co-Founder Program
How many products do you co-found each year?
Three, one every four months. You bring a registered company, a real idea, a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We bring an engineering team, cover the rest, and take 10 to 15 percent equity. Full terms are on the Co-Founder Program page.
