Our process in five stages, so you always know what happens next.

Good process is invisible when it works. Here is ours, stage by stage, with what you receive at each one, so there are no surprises after you say yes.

Five stages

Discover, design, build, launch, grow.

01
Week 1 to 2
Discover, honestly.
We start with questions, not a quote. What result are you buying? Who will use this? What breaks if it works? You get a written brief covering goals, users, scope, risks and how we will measure success. For AI projects we also map where automation genuinely saves time and where a person should stay in the loop.
You receive: a project brief, a scope document, a fixed quote and a timeline.

02
Week 2 to 4
Design, fast.
Wireframes before pixels, pixels before code. We design the main screens first and review them with you on a live call. For products, we prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where the wrong assumptions hide.
You receive: a clickable prototype, a design system, and an updated plan if discovery changed anything.

03
Week 4 onward
Build, in slices.
Senior engineers, a weekly demo, and a shared board you can open any time. We build in vertical slices, so something real works every week. Code is reviewed, tested and documented as we go, never "at the end".
You receive: weekly working demos, access to a staging site, and progress notes in plain English.

04
Launch week
Launch, from a checklist.
Launch is a checklist, not a ceremony. Speed targets met, analytics wired, security reviewed, structured data in place, every page readable by AI crawlers, and a rollback plan ready. We launch together on a call and watch the numbers with you.
You receive: the live product, a launch report, and training for your team.
Why we build for production
05
Onward
Grow, measurably.
This is where most agencies disappear. Ongoing work covers new features, support, performance tuning and a quarterly review. Everything reports against the numbers we agreed in stage one.
You receive: monthly outcome reports, a roadmap that adapts, and a team that remembers why we built this.
Questions about support
Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

How long does a typical project take?

Websites take 4 to 8 weeks. Online stores take 6 to 12 weeks. Apps and SaaS MVPs take 10 to 20 weeks. AI automation pilots reach a first working workflow in 3 to 6 weeks. Your exact timeline comes with the fixed quote.

How much of my time will it take?

About an hour a week for a review call, plus feedback on demos when it suits you. We handle the rest, and you can check progress on the shared board whenever you like.

What happens after launch?

You choose. Either a clean hand-over with documentation and training, or an ongoing retainer for new features, support and improvements. Most clients choose the retainer once they see the launch report.

What if the scope changes halfway through?

It happens, and the process allows for it. Small changes are absorbed in the weekly rhythm. Anything larger gets a short written change note with its cost and effect on the timeline, agreed before we build it. No surprise invoices.
