Accessibility Statement
Effective date: October 9, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We build client work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we hold this site to the same standard.
Where we are
We believe this site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA in most areas. The known exceptions are listed below. We last reviewed this statement on October 9, 2026.
What we have done
- A clear page structure, with landmarks, headings and a "Skip to content" link
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Text and controls that meet AA colour contrast
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and clear names for buttons and links
- Form fields with visible labels and no time limits
- Subtle animation, switched off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 200 percent
- A cookie banner and settings panel that work with a keyboard and screen reader
Known limitations
Some content comes from other providers, such as the booking calendar and embedded videos, and may not fully meet our standard. If one of them gets in your way, use the contact form and we will arrange the same thing another way.
How we keep it accessible
When we change the site, we check it with automated tools and by hand, using keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader. We fix accessibility problems with the same priority as any other bug.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us through the contact form, with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix confirmed problems quickly. If you need anything from the site in a different format, just ask.
