Do you work with businesses in the United States?
Yes. We have worked with US clients since 2010, including a fine jewelry brand in Florida and a remodeling company in Arizona, whose reviews are on our testimonials page. Calls run in your time zone, Eastern through Pacific, and contracts and invoices are in US dollars.
How much does a software project cost, and how long does it take?
Every project gets a fixed quote in US dollars after a short discovery, so you know the full price before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
Why hire you instead of a US-based agency?
The engineers you meet are the ones who build your project, at rates usually well below comparable US agencies, with the price fixed up front. We are not in your city, so we make up for it with calls in your hours, weekly demos and a shared board you can check any time.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the source code, designs and content we created for you, and we transfer our rights to you. We keep only the general tools we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes. US agencies, studios and consultancies hire us as their engineering team for AI, SaaS, app and complex web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price.
How do you handle HIPAA, CCPA and other US data rules?
We design for them from the first week. Access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented data retention are standard, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before we start. Tell us early if you handle health, financial or California consumer data, and we will say plainly if a requirement needs a specialist.
Can US founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in a US state and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.
