Software and AI development for New York companies, with senior engineers you don't have to fight to hire.

We build SaaS platforms, AI tools, apps and online stores for New York companies, from fintechs in Manhattan to healthcare groups upstate, and for the agencies that serve them. You get a team that starts this month instead of after a long search, a fixed quote in US dollars, and code you own once it is paid for.

Sound familiar?

You came here because the work can't wait for a hire.

New York companies that look for us tend to be in one of these four spots. If one of them is yours, keep reading.

Every funded startup wants your engineer.

You are bidding for the same people as every startup with a fresh round, and the offers keep climbing. A team that starts this month keeps your roadmap moving while hiring catches up.

Security review won't sign off on a promise.

Your product handles financial, health or customer data, and the controls have to exist before launch. We build access controls, encryption and audit logs from the first sprint, so the review has something real to check.

The launch date is already on the calendar.

A season, a campaign or a product drop is booked, and the build has to be live first. We scope back from your date and show you working software every week on the way there.

Your agency sold a build it can't staff.

Your client wants a platform, an app or an AI assistant, and your studio designs and tells stories. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your brand, at a partner price agreed before you quote.

What we build

What New York teams ask us to build.

One team builds and supports all seven. Start with the one you came for, or describe the problem and we will tell you which fits.

Two ways to work with us

Add an engineering team to your company, or to your agency.

Most companies hire us for a project with a clear finish line. Agencies hire us as the engineers they would otherwise have to recruit.

For companies and founders

Get it built without a hiring search.

You bring the goal and the deadline. We scope it, quote it and build it, then stay on for support if you want us to.

Work beside your own engineers.
We can join your repo, standups and code review, or own a separate piece end to end. You choose how close we sit.
A fixed price in writing.
Discovery ends with a written scope and a quote in US dollars. Any change gets a short note with the cost, and you approve it before we build.
Stay on or hand over.
Keep the same engineers for support and new features, or take a clean handover with documentation your next hire can read.
Start a project
For agencies and studios

Hire us as your build team.

Creative, media and digital agencies use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.

White-label by default.
We work under your name, join client calls as part of your team if you want, and never contact your client without your written request.
A partner price before you pitch.
Each project gets a fixed partner price, agreed before you quote, with room for your margin. Ongoing work runs on a monthly rate.
Start with one project.
There is no minimum commitment. NDA and non-solicitation are signed before we see anything, so your clients stay yours.

Working with us from New York

The details New York teams ask about first.

Hours

Eastern Time, every week.

Demos and calls are booked in Eastern Time, at hours that suit your calendar. Between calls, progress sits on a shared board you can check any time, and questions get a written answer within one business day.

Money

A fixed quote in US dollars.

A starting payment reserves the team, and each later payment follows a stage you have seen working. The final payment is due at launch or handover. We accept bank transfer and major cards.

Contracts

Your code, your IP, your NDA.

A statement of work sets the scope, price and schedule. Once you have paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Data

Built for the SHIELD Act.

New York's SHIELD Act expects reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for residents' private information. We build in access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention. If you are licensed by the Department of Financial Services, we design for NYDFS Part 500 too.

No surprises

How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.

Discover Weeks 1 to 2 We start with questions, not a quote: the result you are buying, who will use it, and what has to be true for it to work. You get: A written brief, the scope, a fixed quote and a timeline. You approve all of it before you spend.
Design Weeks 2 to 4 Wireframes before pixels. We prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where wrong assumptions hide. You get: A clickable prototype and an updated plan if anything changed.
Build Weeks 4 on We build in working slices, so something real runs every week. Code is reviewed, tested and documented as we go. You get: A weekly demo, a staging link and a shared board you can open any time.
Launch Launch week A checklist, not a ceremony: speed, security, analytics, structured data and a rollback plan. We go live together on a call. You get: The live product, a launch report, and training for your team.
Grow After launch New features, support and tuning, all reported against the numbers we agreed in the first week. You get: A monthly report and a roadmap that moves with you. Or a clean handover, if you prefer.
Why New York companies choose us

Senior engineers, without the hiring war.

The same people from day one.
No sales layer, and no junior swapped in after signing. The engineers who scope your project are the ones who write the code.
Ready this month.
There is no recruiting cycle, no notice period and no onboarding of strangers. A team that has shipped together starts once the scope is signed.
Sixteen years of shipping.
Since 2010 we have built websites, stores, apps, SaaS products and now AI for clients on six continents. Our lessons came from our own projects, long before yours.
Progress you can show upstairs.
We build in working slices, so a staging link shows real progress every week. The shared board shows what is done, what is next and what is blocked.

Tell us what you need built, and by when.

Include the goal, the deadline and any systems we would connect to. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in US dollars.

A senior team member replies within one business day.

We use what you send only to reply and to prepare a proposal. See our Privacy Policy.

What happens next

The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.

Useful to include

A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Questions from New York companies

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work with companies in New York?

Yes. We work with clients on six continents. Our US clients include a fine jewelry brand in Florida and a remodeling company in Arizona, and their reviews are on our testimonials page. For New York teams, calls run in Eastern Time, and contracts and invoices are in US dollars.

Can you work alongside our in-house engineering team?

Yes. We can join your repository, standups and code review as extra engineering capacity, or own a separate product or service end to end. Either way, you get weekly demos, a shared board and code your own engineers can read and keep running after we hand over.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?

You get a fixed quote in US dollars after a short discovery, so the full price is clear before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.

Who owns the code once the project is done?

You do, once the project is paid in full. That covers the source code, designs and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, which matters when your product is still under wraps.

How do you handle the SHIELD Act and NYDFS rules?

We build the safeguards in from the first sprint. The SHIELD Act expects reasonable security for New Yorkers' private information, so access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard. If you are licensed by NYDFS, tell us early and we design for Part 500. A Data Processing Addendum is available before we start.

Can our agency white-label your work?

Yes. Agencies and studios hire us as their engineering team for SaaS, app, AI and complex web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price, with no minimum commitment.

Can a New York startup join the Co-Founder Program?

Yes, if your company is registered in New York or another US state and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. You bring the idea, a marketing budget and the rest of the build cost.
