Custom software development for New Jersey companies, built to pass the audit.

We build custom software, AI automation and apps for New Jersey companies in pharma, logistics, insurance and fintech, and for the agencies that serve them. Every system ships with user roles, audit logs and documentation an inspector can follow. You get a fixed quote in US dollars and own the code once it is paid for.

Sound familiar?

You came here because the paperwork caught up with the software.

New Jersey companies that look for us are usually in one of these four places. If one sounds like yours, you are on the right page.

Quality records live in spreadsheets.

Deviations, batch records or supplier approvals sit in files nobody can fully trace. We build software with user roles, electronic signatures and a full audit trail, designed with 21 CFR Part 11 in mind.

Your freight moves faster than your systems.

Orders around the ports and along the I-95 corridor still pass through inboxes, portals and copy-paste. We connect your warehouse, transport and carrier systems so your team stops retyping and starts tracking.

A privacy law reached your customer data.

The New Jersey Data Privacy Act is in force, and your apps and forms were built before it. We add consent, access and deletion requests and retention rules to the systems you already run.

Your agency won a client it can't build for.

A pharma, insurance or fintech client wants a portal, and the security questionnaire arrived before the brief. We become your engineering team under your brand, and we help you answer the technical questions.

What we build

What New Jersey companies ask us to build.

The same team builds and supports all seven services. Each one is designed to be checked later, by a regulator, an auditor or your own IT team.

Two ways to work with us

A system for your company, or a team behind your agency.

Most companies hire us to build, connect or replace one system. Agencies and consultancies hire us as the engineering team behind their name.

For companies and founders

Get the system built and documented.

You bring the process and the problem. We scope it, quote it and build it, with documentation your auditors and your next hire can follow.

Documentation comes with the code.
Requirements, design decisions, test results and release notes are delivered with every stage. Your quality or compliance team gets something real to review.
A fixed price before you commit.
Discovery ends with a written scope and a quote in US dollars. Any change gets a short note with the cost and your sign-off first.
Replace one piece at a time.
We can modernize a legacy system in stages while it keeps running. Each stage is shown working before the next one starts.

For agencies and consultancies

Hire us as your engineering team.

Consultancies, digital agencies and studios use us to deliver the builds their regulated clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.

White-label by default.
We work under your name and join client calls as part of your team if you want. We never contact your client without your written request.
Security answers, with you.
We help you answer the client's security and data questions with facts about how we build. Access controls, encryption and audit logs are standard.
NDA and non-solicitation first.
Both are signed before we see anything. Each project gets a fixed partner price with room for your margin, and there is no minimum commitment.

Working with us from New Jersey

The practical part: hours, dollars, contracts and data.

Hours

Eastern Time, on your schedule.

Weekly demos and calls are booked in Eastern Time, around your shift changes and standing meetings. Progress sits on a shared board you can check any time, and questions get a written answer within one business day.

Money

Invoiced in US dollars, by milestone.

A starting payment reserves the team, and each later payment follows a stage you have seen working. The last is due at launch or handover. We accept bank transfer and major cards.

Contracts

A paper trail from day one.

The statement of work sets scope, price and schedule, and every change is approved in writing. Once you have paid in full, you own the code, designs and content. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Data

Ready for the New Jersey Data Privacy Act.

The New Jersey Data Privacy Act took effect on January 15, 2025. It gives residents rights to access, correct and delete their data and to opt out of its sale and targeted ads. We build those requests in, with access controls, encryption and audit logs, and a DPA if you need one.

No surprises

How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.

Discover Weeks 1 to 2 We start with questions, not a quote: the result you are buying, who will use it, and what has to be true for it to work. You get: A written brief, the scope, a fixed quote and a timeline. You approve all of it before you spend.
Design Weeks 2 to 4 Wireframes before pixels. We prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where wrong assumptions hide. You get: A clickable prototype and an updated plan if anything changed.
Build Weeks 4 on We build in working slices, so something real runs every week. Code is reviewed, tested and documented as we go. You get: A weekly demo, a staging link and a shared board you can open any time.
Launch Launch week A checklist, not a ceremony: speed, security, analytics, structured data and a rollback plan. We go live together on a call. You get: The live product, a launch report, and training for your team.
Grow After launch New features, support and tuning, all reported against the numbers we agreed in the first week. You get: A monthly report and a roadmap that moves with you. Or a clean handover, if you prefer.
Why New Jersey companies choose us

Software that holds up when someone checks.

Logged by default.
Audit logs, user roles and documented data retention are standard in what we build. When an auditor asks who changed what, the system answers.
Senior engineers only.
No junior bench and no sales layer. The people who scope your system are the people who build it.
Every change in writing.
Fixed scope and fixed price are agreed in writing before work starts. Any change comes as a short note with its cost, approved before we build.
Sixteen years of shipping.
We have built software for clients on six continents since 2010. Long projects, legacy systems and strict reviewers are familiar ground.

A senior team member replies within one business day.

We use what you send only to reply and to prepare a proposal. See our Privacy Policy.

What happens next

The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.

Useful to include

A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Questions from New Jersey companies

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work with companies in New Jersey?

Yes. We work with clients on six continents, including US clients in Florida and Arizona whose reviews are on our testimonials page. New Jersey teams get calls in Eastern Time, contracts and invoices in US dollars, and a weekly demo on a staging link, with progress on a shared board you can check any time.

Can you build software that meets 21 CFR Part 11?

We build the technical controls Part 11 calls for: secure, time-stamped audit trails, unique user logins, role-based access and electronic signatures linked to their records. Validation and your quality procedures stay with your team. We support them with requirements, test evidence and release documentation.

What does a custom software project cost, and how long does it take?

Every project gets a fixed quote in US dollars after a short discovery, so you know the price before you commit. As a guide, AI automation pilots take 3 to 6 weeks, websites 4 to 8 weeks, and apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks. Larger system replacements are quoted in stages.

Who owns the code and the documentation?

You do, once the project is paid in full. That includes the source code, designs, documentation and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share formulas, processes or customer data.

How do you handle the New Jersey Data Privacy Act and HIPAA?

We design for them from the first week. The New Jersey Data Privacy Act took effect on January 15, 2025, so we build consent, access, correction and deletion requests in. If you handle patient health data, tell us early and we design for HIPAA. A Data Processing Addendum is available before we start.

Can our agency or consultancy white-label your work?

Yes. Agencies and consultancies hire us as their engineering team for portals, apps, AI and integration work. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price agreed before you quote.

Can a New Jersey company join the Co-Founder Program?

Yes, if your company is registered in New Jersey or another US state and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.

Build it once, and build it to be checked.

Tell us what you need to build, replace or connect, and get next steps and an honest view of cost.
