Software and AI development for UK businesses, quoted plainly and priced in pounds.
We build software, AI automation, SaaS products, apps, websites and online stores for UK companies and the agencies behind them. You get a fixed quote in pounds sterling before anything starts, the engineers who build it on every call, and full ownership of the code once it is paid for.
Most searches like yours start with one of these.
Four situations sit behind most enquiries we get. If one sounds like yours, read on.
The quotes you've had don't add up.
One supplier says weeks, another says months, and neither will commit to a price in writing. We scope the work properly and give you one fixed figure in pounds before you commit.
Your business runs on spreadsheets and goodwill.
Orders, bookings or reports pass through several systems and one tired person. We build the tool or integration that joins them up, so the work only happens once.
The AI tool you bought hasn't saved any time.
Staff still copy answers between windows and check everything twice. We build automation into your real systems, with each step logged and a person approving anything that touches money or customers.
Your agency sold more than it can build.
A client has asked for an app, a portal or an AI assistant, and your team does brand and websites. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your name.
What we build for UK companies.
One team builds and supports all seven. If you're not sure which one fits, describe the problem and we'll tell you.
A project for your business, or the build team behind your agency.
Most clients hire us for a defined project. Agencies and consultancies also hire us as the engineering team they don't need to recruit.
Get it scoped, built and live.
You tell us the outcome you need. We scope it, price it and build it, then stay on afterwards if you want us to.
Hire us as your engineering team.
Marketing agencies, design studios and consultancies use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Building a new product through a UK-registered company, with a real market to sell into? We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical bit: hours, pounds, paperwork and data.
Calls on UK time, all year.
Weekly demos and calls are booked in your working hours, on GMT in winter and BST in summer. Between calls, progress sits on a shared board, and every question gets a written reply within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in pounds sterling.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working, with the last at launch. Pay by bank transfer or major card. No retainer unless you ask for one.
Your code and IP, in writing.
A statement of work sets the scope, price and schedule before we start. Once you've paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
UK GDPR, handled properly.
We design for UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts. Transfers use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. Access controls, encryption and audit logs are standard.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Straight answers, and a price that doesn't move.
Tell us what needs building or fixing.
Tell us the goal and the deadline. If it's a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in pounds sterling, with no sales patter.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses in the UK?
Yes. We work with clients on six continents and run UK projects on UK time, with calls booked on GMT or BST. Quotes, contracts and invoices are in pounds sterling. You can reach us through the enquiry form or the booking page.
How much will my project cost, and how long will it take?
You get a fixed quote in pounds after a short discovery, so you know the full price before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
What happens if the scope changes halfway through?
You see the cost before anything changes. Each change gets a short written note with its price and its effect on timing, and we only build it once you approve. Everything else stays at the original fixed quote, so the final invoice holds no surprises.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do, once the project is paid in full. That covers the source code, designs and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and the statement of work sets all of this out in writing.
How do you handle UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018?
We design for both from the first week, and the ICO is the regulator we have in mind. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts. Access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard, and international transfers use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes. Agencies, studios and consultancies hire us as their engineering team for apps, SaaS, AI and complex web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price, and there's no minimum commitment.
Can UK founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in the UK and you bring a real idea, a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.
