Custom software development for Swiss companies, precise in scope, price and code.
We build custom software, apps, online stores and AI automation for Swiss companies and the agencies that serve them. You get a fixed quote in Swiss francs before work starts, interfaces in German, French and Italian, and documentation that keeps the system easy to maintain. The source code is yours once it is paid for.
You came here because it has to work properly.
You want to know what a system will look like in year five before you buy it. If one of these four situations is yours, you are on the right page.
Your core system is old, and the person who built it has left.
It still runs the business, but nobody dares to change it. We document what exists, then modernise it in stages so daily work never stops.
Your shop needs TWINT and three languages.
Your customers expect to pay with TWINT and to read in their own language. We build stores with TWINT through your payment provider, and product pages in German, French and Italian.
Your AI idea has to pass a data protection review first.
Under the revised FADP, you need to know where personal data goes and who sees it. We build AI with logged steps, a person approving decisions, and hosting in the region you choose.
Your agency sold more than it can build.
A client wants an app or a portal, and your team designs websites. We build it in the background, under your brand, for a partner price fixed before you quote.
What Swiss companies ask us to build.
One team builds and supports every service below. We would rather build less and build it properly, so expect careful questions before a quote.
A project built properly, or a team behind your agency.
Companies hire us for a defined project with a long life ahead of it. Agencies hire us as the engineering team they do not have to recruit.
Get it built to last.
You bring the goal. We scope it precisely, quote it in Swiss francs, build it and support it for as long as you need.
Hire us as your engineering team.
Digital agencies, design studios and consultancies use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Building a product with a company registered in Switzerland, such as an AG or GmbH? We co-found three products a year and carry half or more of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: hours, francs, contracts and data.
Calls in Swiss working hours.
Switzerland runs on CET in winter and CEST in summer, and weekly demos and calls are booked inside your day. Between calls, the shared board shows progress, and questions get a written answer within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in Swiss francs.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working, with the last at launch or handover. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Your code, your rights.
A statement of work fixes scope, price and schedule. Once you have paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
The revised FADP, designed in.
We build to the revised Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since September 2023 and overseen by the FDPIC. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts, and transfers out of Switzerland use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Precise work, built for the long run.
Tell us what you want built properly.
Tell us the goal, the deadline and the systems it has to work with. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in Swiss francs.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with companies in Switzerland?
Yes. We take on projects from Swiss companies on the same terms we offer clients on six continents: a written scope, a fixed quote in Swiss francs, and calls in CET or CEST. We work in English and build interfaces in German, French and Italian, with copy you or your translators supply.
How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?
Every project gets a fixed quote in Swiss francs after a short discovery, so you know the full price before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
Can you add TWINT to our shop or app?
Yes, through a payment service provider. TWINT connects to online shops through providers such as PostFinance, Payrexx or Adyen, or through plug-ins for common shop systems. We set it up with your chosen provider, test it on mobile and desktop, and keep it working after launch.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, once the project is paid in full. You own the source code, designs and content we made for you, and we keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
How do you handle the revised FADP?
We design for it from the first week. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts, and access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard. Hosting runs in the region you choose. If your product also serves people in the EU, we design for the GDPR as well.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes. Swiss agencies, studios and consultancies can hire us as their engineering team for apps, portals, stores and AI. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price before you quote.
Can Swiss founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Switzerland, such as an AG or GmbH, and you have a real market. You bring a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We bring the engineering team and carry 50 to 70 percent for 10 to 15 percent equity, under a published term sheet.
