Software and app development for Qatar businesses, careful work at a fixed price.
We build business software, apps, AI assistants and websites for companies in Qatar and for the agencies that serve them. You get bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, a fixed quote in Qatari riyals before work starts, data handling designed around Qatar's privacy law, and the source code once it is paid for.
You came here because the work has to be right first time.
Companies in Qatar usually reach us from one of these four situations. If yours is here, read on.
A major client wants a proper system, not spreadsheets.
Your contract now calls for tracked approvals, audit trails and reports on demand. We build the portal or internal tool that keeps those records for you.
Your staff spend hours searching policies.
Answers sit in long PDFs and shared folders, in Arabic and English. We build an assistant that answers from your own documents, with the source shown.
Your guest or patient experience still runs on paper.
Bookings, forms and follow-ups depend on clipboards and manual reminders. We build apps and portals that move them online, in Arabic and English.
Your agency sold a build it cannot deliver.
A client in Doha wants an app, a portal or an AI assistant, and your team designs and produces content. We build it behind the scenes, under your brand.
What we build for businesses in Qatar.
Qatar National Vision 2030 is moving more services and business into digital form. One team builds and supports every service below.
Your own project, or the build team behind your agency.
Businesses in Qatar can hire us for a single project. Agencies can hire us as the engineering team they do not have to recruit.
Get it scoped, built and documented.
You bring the goal. We scope it, quote it in Qatari riyals and build it, with documentation your team can rely on after launch.
Hire us as your backend team.
Creative agencies, digital studios and consultancies in Doha can use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Founding a new product with a company registered in Qatar, including the QFC? We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: hours, riyals, contracts and data.
Calls in Arabia Standard Time.
Weekly demos and calls are booked in your hours, inside a Sunday to Thursday week. Progress sits on a shared board between calls, and every question gets a written answer within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in Qatari riyals.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working. We accept bank transfer and major cards, and the SOW states the invoice currency.
Your code, your IP.
A statement of work fixes scope, price and schedule. Once paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Built for Law No. 13 of 2016.
Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law is overseen by the National Cyber Security Agency. Companies in the Qatar Financial Centre also have the QFC Data Protection Regulations 2021 to meet. We design for both from the first week, and a DPA is available before work starts.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Careful engineering, on a price that holds.

Tell us the goal and the deadline. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in Qatari riyals.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses in Qatar?
Yes. We take on projects for companies in Doha and across Qatar, working fully remote as we do for clients on six continents. Calls are booked in Arabia Standard Time inside your Sunday to Thursday week, and quotes and invoices are in Qatari riyals.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
You get a fixed quote in Qatari riyals after a short discovery, before you commit to anything. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
How do you handle Qatar's data protection law?
We design for Law No. 13 of 2016, the Personal Data Privacy Protection Law, from the first week. Access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard. QFC companies also need the QFC Data Protection Regulations 2021, which we plan for, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts.
Can you build an AI assistant that works in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build assistants that answer from your own documents in Arabic or English, show the source for each answer, and respect who is allowed to see what. A person stays in control of anything that touches money or customers, and every step is logged.
Do we own everything you build?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the source code, designs and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project, and we sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive with us.
Can my agency in Doha white-label your work?
Yes. Agencies, studios and consultancies can hire us as their engineering team for apps, portals, AI and complex web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price.
Can founders in Qatar join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Qatar and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year, one every four months, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.
