Software development for the Middle East, one platform across every Gulf market.
We build SaaS platforms, apps, online stores and AI automation for companies rolling out across the GCC, and for the agencies that serve them. You get one senior team, Arabic and English interfaces, a fixed quote in US dollars or your local currency, and one codebase that fits each market's rules.
You came here because you are building for more than one country.
Regional companies usually reach us from one of these four situations. If one of them is yours, read on.
You are launching in a second Gulf market.
What worked at home now needs new payment methods, a new currency and a different data law. We extend your platform market by market instead of cloning it.
Each country office built its own tools.
Riyadh has one system, Dubai another, and head office reconciles them by hand. We build one platform with country settings, so the reports finally match.
Your data rules differ in every country.
The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman each have their own personal data law. We design data flows, consent and retention per market from the first week.
Your agency sold a regional build it cannot staff.
A client wants one app live across the Gulf, and your team is built for design and campaigns. We become the engineering team behind you, under your brand.
What regional companies ask us to build.
One team builds and supports every service below, in every market you sell to. Pick one, or describe the problem and we will tell you which fits.
A regional project, or a team behind your agency.
Companies hire us to build for several Gulf markets at once. Agencies across the region hire us as the engineering team they do not have.
Launch once, then roll out market by market.
You bring the goal and the first market. We scope it, quote it and build it so the next country is an extension, not a new project.
Hire us as your regional build team.
Agencies and consultancies in Dubai, Riyadh, Doha and beyond can use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Founding a product with a company registered in a GCC country and a real regional market? We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: working weeks, currencies, contracts and data.
Calls that fit both working weeks.
The UAE works Monday to Friday, while Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman mostly work Sunday to Thursday. We book shared calls Monday to Thursday, in Gulf or Arabia Standard Time, and answer every question in writing within one business day.
US dollars or your local currency.
Quotes are in US dollars or your local currency, agreed in the SOW. A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working. Bank transfer and major cards are accepted.
One contract, your IP.
One statement of work can cover several markets, with a separate stage for each. Once paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made, and we sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Each country's data law, by name.
We design for the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, Saudi Arabia's PDPL, Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016, Bahrain's Law No. 30 of 2018 and Oman's Royal Decree 6/2022. A DPA is available before work starts.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
One senior team, every Gulf market.
Tell us which markets you want to launch in.
Tell us your first market and the ones after it. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote for each phase.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses across the Middle East?
Yes. We take on projects for companies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman, working fully remote as we do for clients on six continents. Calls are booked in Gulf Standard Time or Arabia Standard Time, and quotes are in US dollars or your local currency.
How much does a regional rollout cost, and how long does it take?
You get a fixed quote for each phase after a short discovery, in US dollars or your local currency. As a guide, apps and SaaS MVPs take 10 to 20 weeks for the first market, and online stores 6 to 12 weeks. Each further market is then scoped and quoted on its own.
How do you handle different data laws in each country?
We design for each market's law from the first week. That includes the UAE PDPL, Saudi Arabia's PDPL enforced by SDAIA, Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016, Bahrain's Law No. 30 of 2018 and Oman's Royal Decree 6/2022. Access controls, encryption and audit logs are standard, and a DPA is available.
Can you work across Sunday and Monday working weeks?
Yes. The UAE works Monday to Friday, while Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman mostly work Sunday to Thursday. We book shared calls Monday to Thursday, when offices in every Gulf country are working, and fit the rest around each team's own week. Progress sits on a shared board anyone can check.
Who owns the code across all our markets?
You do. Once each phase is paid in full, you own the source code, designs and content we made for you, in every market it runs in. We keep only the general tools we had before, and we sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Can my agency white-label your work across the region?
Yes. Agencies and consultancies across the Gulf can hire us as their engineering team for apps, platforms, stores and AI. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client without your written request. Each project gets a fixed partner price.
Can Gulf founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in a GCC country and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.
