Software and AI development for Luxembourg firms, documented for whoever checks it next.

We build client portals, AI workflows, SaaS products and multilingual websites for Luxembourg companies, from fund administrators to family businesses, and for the agencies that serve them. You get a Data Processing Addendum and a fixed quote in euros before work starts. Every system ships with the documents a risk or compliance team will want to read.

Sound familiar?

You came here because someone will review this build.

In Luxembourg, a new system often has to satisfy a risk committee, a compliance officer or a client's due diligence. If one of these four situations is yours, you are on the right page.

Your investor onboarding still runs on PDFs and spreadsheets.

Documents arrive in pieces, and nobody can see what is missing. We build portals that collect, check and track every file, with a person approving each onboarding decision.

Your next IT supplier has to pass a DORA review.

If you are a financial entity, your ICT third-party checks will ask hard questions of any developer. We answer them with documents: a DPA, access controls, audit logs and a written handover plan.

Your website needs three languages kept in step.

The French, German and English versions drift apart, and nobody owns the updates. We build one multilingual site where every language is managed in one place and meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

Your agency sold more than it can build.

A client in the financial sector wants a portal, a dashboard or an AI assistant. We build it behind the scenes, under your brand, at a partner price agreed before you quote.

What we build

What Luxembourg firms ask us to build.

The same team builds and supports every service below. Describe the problem, and we will tell you which fits and what your reviewers will want to see.

Two ways to work with us

A project for your firm, or an engineering team behind your agency.

Firms hire us for a defined project with documents attached. Agencies and consultancies hire us as the engineering team they do not have to recruit.

For firms and founders

Get it built and signed off.

You bring the goal and the constraints. We scope it, quote it, build it and document it, then stay on for support if you want us to.

Paperwork before code.
A statement of work, a Data Processing Addendum and your NDA are in place before we see anything sensitive. Scope and price are fixed in writing, in euros.
Built to be reviewed.
Access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented data retention are standard. Your compliance team gets written answers, not reassurance.
A clean exit, always.
Monthly support from the engineers who built it, or a handover with full documentation whenever you decide.
Start a project
For agencies and consultancies

Hire us as your engineering team.

Digital agencies, design studios and IT consultancies use us to deliver the builds their clients need. Your brand, your client, your invoice.

Your name on the work.
We are white-label by default, join client calls as part of your team if you want, and never contact your client without your written request.
A partner price with room for your margin.
Each project gets a fixed partner price before you quote your client. Ongoing work runs on a monthly rate, with no minimum commitment.
NDA and non-solicitation first.
Both are signed before we see anything. Your clients stay your clients.

Working with us from Luxembourg

The practical part: time, money, contracts and data.

Hours

Calls in your working day.

Luxembourg runs on Central European Time, CET in winter and CEST in summer, and we book weekly demos and calls inside it. Between calls, progress is on a shared board, and questions get a written answer within one business day.

Money

Quoted and invoiced in euros.

A starting payment reserves the team. Each later payment follows a stage you have seen working, and the last falls at launch or handover. Bank transfer and major cards are accepted.

Contracts

Your code, your rights.

The statement of work fixes scope, price and schedule. Once you have paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA first and answer your supplier due diligence in writing.

Data

GDPR and the CNPD, with DORA in mind.

We build to the GDPR, which the CNPD supervises in Luxembourg. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts, and Standard Contractual Clauses cover any transfer outside the EEA. If DORA applies to you, we answer your ICT third-party questionnaire in writing.

No surprises

How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.

Discover Weeks 1 to 2 We start with questions, not a quote: the result you are buying, who will use it, and what has to be true for it to work. You get: A written brief, the scope, a fixed quote and a timeline. You approve all of it before you spend.
Design Weeks 2 to 4 Wireframes before pixels. We prototype the riskiest screen first, because that is where wrong assumptions hide. You get: A clickable prototype and an updated plan if anything changed.
Build Weeks 4 on We build in working slices, so something real runs every week. Code is reviewed, tested and documented as we go. You get: A weekly demo, a staging link and a shared board you can open any time.
Launch Launch week A checklist, not a ceremony: speed, security, analytics, structured data and a rollback plan. We go live together on a call. You get: The live product, a launch report, and training for your team.
Grow After launch New features, support and tuning, all reported against the numbers we agreed in the first week. You get: A monthly report and a roadmap that moves with you. Or a clean handover, if you prefer.
What you can check

Answers in writing, not assurances on a call.

Every answer is a document.
Scope, changes, architecture and data handling are written down and handed to you. Your auditors read the same files your engineers do.
Sixteen years of shipping.
Since 2010 we have built software, apps, stores and now AI for clients on six continents. Systems meant to run for years are the ones we know how to build.
The people you meet build it.
Senior engineers scope the work and write the code. No junior bench appears after the contract is signed.
Clear about our limits.
We are a software builder, not a regulated entity, and we hold no certifications we cannot show you. When a requirement needs a lawyer or a specialist auditor, we tell you early.
Start here

Tell us what needs building, and who will review it.

Tell us the goal, the deadline and who will review the work. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in euros.

A senior team member replies within one business day.

We use what you send only to reply and to prepare a proposal. See our Privacy Policy.

What happens next

The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.

Useful to include

A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Questions from Luxembourg firms

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work with companies in Luxembourg?

Yes. We take on projects from Luxembourg companies on the same terms we offer clients on six continents: a written scope, a fixed quote in euros, and calls in CET or CEST. We work in English and build sites in French, German and English, with copy your team or translators supply.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?

You get a fixed quote in euros after a short discovery, before you commit to anything. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks. Weekly demos show progress throughout.

Can you support our DORA obligations?

Yes, by giving your team what its ICT third-party review needs. We provide written answers to your questionnaire, a Data Processing Addendum, access controls, audit logs and a documented handover plan. We are not a regulated entity and hold no certifications, and we state that plainly in writing.

Who owns the code and the intellectual property?

You do, once the project is paid in full. You own the source code, designs and content we created for you, and we keep only the general tools and libraries we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and the statement of work records it all.

How do you handle the GDPR in Luxembourg?

We design for it from the first week. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts, and access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard. Hosting runs in the region you choose, such as an EU region. The CNPD is your supervisory authority, and your records will be ready if it asks.

Can my agency or consultancy white-label your work?

Yes. Agencies, studios and consultancies serving Luxembourg clients can hire us as their engineering team for portals, AI, SaaS and apps. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price.

Can Luxembourg founders join the Co-Founder Program?

Yes, if your company is registered in Luxembourg, such as an S.à r.l. or S.A., and you have a real market. You bring a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We bring the engineering team and carry 50 to 70 percent for 10 to 15 percent equity, under a published term sheet.

Built to pass review, and to keep running after it.
