Software and AI development for Irish companies, built for the EU market from day one.
We build SaaS products, AI tools, software, apps, websites and online stores for Irish companies and the agencies that serve them. You get a fixed quote in euro, a build that plans for GDPR and the EU AI Act from the first week, and code you own once it's paid for.
Most searches like yours begin in one of four places.
These are the situations that usually sit behind a search for a development partner. If one fits, you're in the right place.
Your product has to sell across the EU.
Ireland is the first market, and buyers elsewhere in Europe expect their own language, currency and privacy notices. We build multilingual products with GDPR and accessibility in place before launch.
You want AI in the product, with the EU AI Act covered.
Your board wants AI features, and your customers want to know how they are governed. We build with a person in control, every step logged and the documentation your compliance lead will ask for.
Your developers are stretched across too many projects.
Hiring engineers takes months, and the roadmap can't wait that long. A team that starts this month gets the work moving while you keep recruiting.
Your agency sold more than it can build.
A client wants a portal, an app or an AI assistant, and your studio builds brands and websites. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your name.
Seven things we build, all designed for EU rules.
The same team builds and supports all seven. Describe the problem if you're unsure which one fits, and we'll tell you.
A product for your company, or a build team for your agency.
Most clients hire us for a project. Agencies and consultancies also hire us as the engineering team they don't have to recruit.
Get your product built to EU standards.
You bring the goal. We scope it, quote it in euro and build it, then stay on for support if you want us to.
Hire us as your build team.
Agencies, design studios and consultancies use us to deliver the software their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.

The practical side: hours, euro, contracts and data.
Calls on Irish time.
Weekly demos and calls are booked in your working hours, on GMT in winter and Irish Standard Time in summer. Progress sits on a shared board between calls, and every question gets a written answer within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in euro.
A starting payment reserves the team, each stage is paid once you've seen it working, and the final payment falls at launch. Pay by bank transfer or major card.
Your code, your IP.
A statement of work sets scope, price and schedule up front. Once you've paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
GDPR, designed in.
We design for GDPR, which the Data Protection Commission enforces in Ireland, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts. Hosting sits in the region you choose, such as an EU region. Any transfer out of the EEA uses Standard Contractual Clauses.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Senior engineers who plan for the regulator too.
Tell us what you want to build next.
Tell us the goal and the deadline. If it's a fit, you get a written scope, a fixed quote in euro and any compliance questions worth raising early.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses in Ireland?
Yes. We work with clients on six continents and run Irish projects on Irish time, with calls on GMT or IST. Quotes, contracts and invoices are in euro, and weekly demos are booked in your working hours. Products are built to sell in Ireland and across the wider EU.
What does a project cost, and how long does it take?
Every project gets a fixed quote in euro after a short discovery, so you know the full price before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
How do you handle GDPR?
We design for GDPR from the first week. A Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts, hosting sits in the region you choose, such as an EU region, and transfers out of the EEA use Standard Contractual Clauses. Access controls, encryption, audit logs and documented retention are standard. In Ireland, the Data Protection Commission regulates all of this.
Can you build AI that fits the EU AI Act?
Yes, we plan for the Act from the first week. A person stays in control of anything that touches money or customers, every step is logged, and users are told when they're dealing with AI. If your use case may count as high-risk, we'll say so plainly and suggest specialist legal advice.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, once the project is paid in full. That includes the source code, designs and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools and libraries we had before. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive, and the statement of work puts all of this in writing.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes. Agencies, studios and consultancies hire us as their engineering team for SaaS, apps, AI and complex web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project has a fixed partner price in euro.
Can Irish founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Ireland and you bring a real idea, a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost for 10 to 15 percent equity. The terms are in the published term sheet.
