App and software development for Dubai companies, built for how this city trades.
We build apps, online stores, AI automation and custom software for Dubai's trading houses, property brokers, hotels, retailers and free-zone startups, and for the agencies that serve them. You get a fixed quote in dirhams before work starts, a working build to check every week, and the code once it is paid for.
You came here because Dubai does not wait.
Dubai companies tend to reach us from one of these four situations. If yours is here, keep reading.
Your leads arrive faster than your team can answer.
Portal enquiries, website forms and chat messages land in different places, and the slowest broker loses the deal. We route every lead into one CRM, with AI drafting the first reply for a person to approve.
Your stock lives in too many places.
Your own store, your Noon and Amazon.ae listings and the warehouse sheet never agree. We connect them so orders, stock and prices stay in step.
Your free-zone startup needs a first version.
You have a licence, a pitch and a deadline, but no engineering team. We build an MVP investors and early customers can use, at a fixed price agreed before we start.
Your agency won a build it cannot deliver.
A client wants an app or a booking platform, and your team is strong on brand and content. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your name.
What Dubai companies hire us for.
The same team builds and supports everything below. Start with the service you came for, or tell us the problem and we will say which fits.
Your own project, or your agency's backend team.
Dubai businesses hire us to build a product or a system. Dubai agencies hire us so they can say yes to builds their own team cannot take on.
Get it built, tested and live.
You bring the goal and the deadline. We scope it, quote it in dirhams and build it, then support it after launch if you want us to.
Hire us as your backend team.
Creative, digital and marketing agencies in Dubai use us to deliver the apps, platforms and stores their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Founding a product through a Dubai-registered company, in a free zone or on the mainland? We co-found three products a year and carry 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: time, money, paperwork and data.
Calls in Gulf Standard Time.
Demos and check-ins are booked in your working hours, Monday to Friday. Progress sits on a shared board you can open between meetings, and questions get a written answer within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in dirhams.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working, with the last at launch. Bank transfer and major cards are both accepted.
You own what we build.
A statement of work sets scope, price and schedule, whether your company is on the mainland or in a free zone. Once paid in full, the code, designs and content are yours. We sign your NDA first.
Federal PDPL, plus DIFC law where it applies.
We design for the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law from the first week. If your company is in the DIFC, we build to the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, and a DPA is available before work starts.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Speed you can see, from a senior team.
Tell us what you need and when it has to launch.
Tell us what you need and when it has to be live. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in dirhams.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with companies in Dubai?
Yes. We take on projects for Dubai companies on the mainland and in free zones such as DMCC, Dubai Internet City and Dubai Silicon Oasis. We work fully remote, as we do for clients on six continents, with calls booked in Gulf Standard Time and quotes in UAE dirhams.
How fast can you launch, and what does it cost?
It depends on scope, and you get a fixed price in dirhams after a short discovery. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks. Tell us your launch date and we plan back from it.
Can you connect our store to Noon, Amazon.ae, Tabby and Tamara?
Yes. We build stores and integrations that keep stock, prices and orders in step across your own site and marketplaces such as Noon and Amazon.ae. At checkout we set up Apple Pay and instalment options such as Tabby and Tamara, alongside each provider's own merchant onboarding.
Who owns the code if we are a free-zone company?
You do, wherever your company is registered. Once the project is paid in full, you own the source code, designs and content we made for you. We keep only the general tools we had before your project, and we sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Which data protection law applies to us, the PDPL or the DIFC law?
It depends on where your company sits. DIFC companies follow the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, while most other Dubai companies fall under the federal PDPL. We design for the right one from the first week, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before work starts.
Can my Dubai agency white-label your work?
Yes. Dubai agencies and studios can hire us as their engineering team for apps, platforms, stores and AI builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. You get a fixed partner price per project, with no minimum commitment.
Can a Dubai startup join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Dubai, on the mainland or in a free zone, and you bring a real idea, a marketing budget and 30 to 50 percent of the build cost. We bring the engineering team and carry 50 to 70 percent for 10 to 15 percent equity, on a published term sheet.
