Software and AI development for Canadian businesses, bilingual, accessible and private by design.
We build SaaS products, AI automation, software, apps and websites for Canadian companies and the agencies that serve them. You get a fixed quote in Canadian dollars before work starts, weekly demos booked anywhere from Pacific to Newfoundland time, and the source code once the work is paid for.
You came here because the build can't wait for the hire.
Most Canadian companies that reach us are in one of these four places. If one of them is yours, you are on the right page.
Your French site is an afterthought.
The English pages get updated and the French ones fall behind, or never existed. We build a proper bilingual structure, so both languages stay equal and easy to keep in step.
Law 25 made your privacy setup look thin.
Quebec customers now come with privacy impact assessments and privacy-by-default settings. We build consent, access and retention into the product instead of bolting them on later.
Your SaaS roadmap is waiting on engineers.
Developers take months to hire, and the roadmap keeps slipping. A team that starts this month keeps shipping while you keep recruiting.
Your agency sold more than it can build.
A client wants a SaaS platform, an app or an AI assistant, and your team designs websites. We become your engineering team behind the scenes, under your brand.
What Canadian companies ask us to build.
Every service below is built and supported by the same team. Pick the one you came for, or describe the problem and we will tell you which fits.
A project for your company, or a team behind your agency.
Most clients hire us for a project. Agencies and studios hire us as the engineering team they do not have to recruit.
Get your product built and launched.
You bring the goal. We scope it, quote it in Canadian dollars and build it, then stay on for support if you want us to.
Hire us as your backend team.
Marketing agencies, design studios and consultancies use us to deliver the builds their clients ask for. Your brand, your client, your invoice.
Founding a new product with a Canadian-registered company and a real market? We co-found three products a year and carry half or more of the build cost in exchange for equity. See the Co-Founder Program
The practical part: time zones, dollars, contracts and privacy.
Calls in your time zone.
Weekly demos and calls are booked in your hours, whether you are on Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic or Newfoundland time. Between calls, progress sits on a shared board, and questions get a written answer within one business day.
Quoted and invoiced in Canadian dollars.
A starting payment reserves the team, then each payment follows a stage you have seen working, with the last at launch or handover. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Your code, your IP.
A statement of work sets the scope, price and schedule. Once you have paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we made for you. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
PIPEDA and Law 25, designed in.
We design for PIPEDA and, if you serve Quebec residents, for Law 25 and the privacy-by-default settings it calls for. Access controls, encryption and audit logs are standard, and a Data Processing Addendum is available before we start.
How a project runs, and what you receive at each stage.
Senior engineers, with privacy and access built in.
Tell us what you're planning to build.
Tell us the goal and the deadline. If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed quote in Canadian dollars.
The people who would build it read it, not a sales team. If it is a fit, you get a written proposal with a timeline and a fixed price.
A link to your current site or product, the result you want in a year, a rough budget, and anything a previous developer left behind.

Do you work with businesses in Canada?
Yes. We take on projects from Canadian businesses and work with clients on six continents from a fully remote team. Calls are booked in your time zone, from Pacific to Newfoundland, and quotes and invoices are in Canadian dollars. Weekly demos show what was built, and progress sits on a shared board between calls.
How much does a software project cost, and how long does it take?
Every project gets a fixed quote in Canadian dollars after a short discovery, so you know the full price before you commit. As a guide, websites take 4 to 8 weeks, online stores 6 to 12 weeks, apps and SaaS MVPs 10 to 20 weeks, and AI automation pilots 3 to 6 weeks.
Can you build a bilingual English and French site?
Yes. We build bilingual sites and apps with a proper language switch, separate French pages and both languages managed side by side. We do not write French copy ourselves, so you or your translator supply it. Every site is also built to WCAG 2.2 AA, which covers Ontario's AODA web standard.
How do you handle PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25?
We design for both from the first week. Consent, access and retention are planned into the data model, Quebec users get privacy-by-default settings, and we supply the technical detail your privacy impact assessment needs. A Data Processing Addendum is available before we start, and we flag anything that needs your legal adviser.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the source code, designs and content we created for you, and we transfer our rights to you. We keep only the general tools we had before your project. We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
Can my agency white-label your work?
Yes. Agencies, studios and consultancies hire us as their engineering team for SaaS, AI, app and bilingual web builds. We work under your brand, sign NDA and non-solicitation agreements first, and never contact your client unless you ask in writing. Each project gets a fixed partner price.
Can Canadian founders join the Co-Founder Program?
Yes, if your company is registered in Canada and you have a real market to sell into. We co-found three products a year, carrying 50 to 70 percent of the build cost in exchange for 10 to 15 percent equity. The full terms are in the published term sheet.
